How we store your information
We will only use and store information for so long as it is required for the purposes it was collected for. How long information will be stored for depends on the information in question and what it is being used for. We continually review what information we hold and delete what is no longer required.
Third party print suppliers
We send your photographs as jpg. digital files to a number of third party print suppliers including Loxley Colour, DS Print labs, Kaleidoscope Framing Limited (wall frames) and Trade Canvas Prints (Trade Canvas Prints is a trading style of Art and Photo Printing Ltd.)(canvas prints). Kaleidoscope Framing Limited will hold high-resolution image files on their server for up to one calendar month from the date of printing. They are then deleted. Small low-resolution thumbnails are held on their server for order history purposes.
Email contact
Andrew Scott Photography uses Outlook for inbound and outbound electronic mail. We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

Payment processing services enable this Website to process payments by PayPal. To ensure security, this Website shares only the information necessary to execute the transaction with the financial intermediaries handling the transaction.
